Visiting the site

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect it. This site uses no advertising trackers or marketing signup forms.

Optional Google Analytics

Analytics is off by default. If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics measures visits only to our homepage and the doctor’s public profile. It uses pseudonymous browser cookies and technical browser information to produce usage reports. We do not use Google Signals, advertising personalization or remarketing.

We do not measure booking, call or directions clicks, visits to appointment-related pages, Jane sessions or patient workflows. We do not send names, contact details, health information, URL queries or fragments, detailed referrers or an explicit user ID to Analytics. Google’s standard system events and browser/session identifiers may be collected after you allow analytics.

Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to allow or decline analytics at any time. Revoking a previous choice removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the tag. Your browser stores the preference locally; Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep analytics off. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.

Google business map

The contact page includes an optional Google map of Holística’s public business listing. The map stays disconnected until you choose “Show Google map.” Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may process your IP address, technical browser information and cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Hiding the map removes it from this page; it does not delete cookies Google may have set. You can use the address or directions link without loading the embedded map. Analytics remains off on the contact page.

Booking an appointment

Booking links open Holística’s Jane calendar. Information entered there is handled by the practice and Jane under their own privacy notices and settings. This website does not store booking or clinical information.

Calling or emailing

The reception number connects to Holística’s KaiCalls virtual receptionist. If you call or email, the contact details and message you provide are used to respond to your request. Please do not send medical history or health details by email. Clinical information belongs in the practice’s intake process.
