What happens at your Initial Visit

You book online

Choose “Initial Visit” on the online calendar and a time that suits you. The system asks for your details to confirm the appointment. If you'd like help, call (787) 663-5500.
We talk about you

Your goals, what brings you in, your health history, and what you want to get back to: surfing, training, carrying your kids, or working without discomfort.
We look at how you move

We watch how you move and do an exam. If anything suggests you should see a doctor first, we'll tell you clearly.
We decide together

We explain what we found and, if chiropractic care is appropriate for you, how it may help. If it's appropriate, you get your first adjustment and movement recommendations for home.
